The Silkroad offers a supply and installation service focusing on premium products such as Roger Oates and Fleetwood Fox stair runners, engineered Oak (bespoke and factory finished), Luxury Vinyl Tiles and carpets. All chosen for their quality and performance. We want our clients to be inspired and to be informed which is why we pride ourselves on offering honest and impartial advice both in the showroom and in your home. Our fitters have a wealth of experience within the industry and our showroom team have knowledge of both the interiors and flooring sectors.

We manage every aspect of the process, from your initial visit to the showroom. allowing us to make recommendations and fine-tune your choices. Further to his meeting in the showroom, we will conduct a site-visit to measure the space – this will help us get a better understanding of the project and also enable us to look at the finer details. After this, we will email you a written estimate which will include any subfloor preparation that may be required. The process concludes with the fitting of your chosen floor covering.

Out of Hours Consultation Service

We offer out-of-hours private consultations to suit your own schedules, allowing our clients a bespoke one-to-one opportunity to fully understand about our products, and how they perform. Please contact us if you would like to book a private consultancy with one of our specialists.

Sample Service

We recognise that flooring can look different in your home which is why we encourage you to borrow samples from our showroom. We can also arrange for any samples to be sent directly to you. Requests can be made via our Contact Us form, by email, phone or in person. We are always happy to help.

Fleetwood Fox produces unique, stylish flatweave carpets. Successfully combining the modern desire for sophisticated floor coverings. Finished with traditional manufacturing and heritage. The end results are beautifully designed. This is because they are hand-loomed, hardwearing rugs, runners and carpets. All of their distinctive designs are made from 100% beautiful hard wearing wool. All spun and dyed in Yorkshire and woven on their own looms in Somerset. This is because we want to provide our clients with the finest products. All produced within the UK.

Wood Flooring

The Silkroad Flooring is committed to sourcing only the best timber products. We ‘cherry pick’ all of our ranges based on performance, quality, looks, sustainability and price. This allows our clients to compare and contrast our products and make informed decision. We supply and install factory finished timber, as well as our bespoke, hand-finished ranges. Our bespoke ranges allow our clients to customise and tailor their wooden flooring to perfectly suit their interior schemes, and the choices offered for our factory finished ranges allows for competitive pricing.
